§3. Purposes, legal bases and scope of processing

We process your data:

  1. for contact and quotation purposes — to answer a message sent by e-mail, through the contact form, the quotation request form or a messenger (WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram), to prepare and send a commercial offer and to continue commercial correspondence. Legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and where it leads to concluding a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
  2. to conclude and perform a contract — sale or purchase of agri-food commodities, including order handling, transport, documentation and settlement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  3. to comply with legal obligations — tax and accounting, including issuing and storing invoices (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  4. for technical purposes, using cookies necessary for the Site to work correctly.
  5. for statistical, analytical and marketing purposes — if you have consented to the relevant cookies.
  6. in connection with running a company profile on social media (Facebook), under the terms set by the platform owner.

We process the following data:

  1. if you send us an e-mail or write via a messenger — the data contained in that message. Providing it is voluntary; you may ask for its deletion at any time.
  2. if you use the contact form or the quotation request form — your name (or company name), e-mail address, phone number and the content of the enquiry: type of commodity, quantity, place of delivery and expected terms. Providing this data is a condition for preparing an answer or a quotation.
  3. if you represent a business partner — business data: name, position, department, business e-mail address and phone number. We store this data in our customer system (CRM) so that correspondence reaches the right person and department.
  4. IP address and data stored in cookies — to the extent you consent to.

§4. Data recipients and transfers outside the EEA

The recipients of your data may be:

  3. our accounting office and legal advisers — for settlement and documentation,
  4. if you consented to analytical or marketing cookies — the providers of those tools, in particular Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC (Google Analytics, Google Ads) and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Facebook, Instagram).

Data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area only to the extent indicated above, on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. How those providers process data is described in their policies: Google and Meta.

§5. Retention periods

  • correspondence and enquiries — until the matter is closed and for the limitation period of possible claims,
  • contract-related data — for the term of the contract and then for the limitation period of claims,
  • data on invoices and in accounting records — for 5 years from the end of the tax year,
  • data processed on the basis of consent — until consent is withdrawn,
  • data in cookies — for the lifetime of the given file or until you delete it.

§6. Your rights

In connection with the processing you have the right to:

  1. access your data,
  2. rectification, erasure or restriction of processing,

§7. Commercial communication

We send commercial messages (commodity offers, availability enquiries) only to businesses active in the agri-food sector, to business addresses, in connection with their activity. Every message identifies the sender and offers a way to opt out.

Opting out of offers: reply to the message with the word "unsubscribe" or write to biuroaria3a@gmail.com. We then mark the address as excluded from sending and no further offers go to it.

On our Site we use:
